All items purchased from monberg.co.uk are subject to these terms & conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order and if you have any doubt or queries relating to these terms and conditions, please e-mail our customer services team.

In these Terms:

"Website" means Our website at www.monberg.co.uk

"Goods" means the goods which We will supply to You in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

"Order" means an order which You place with Us detailing the Goods You wish to buy from Us.

"You/Your" means you, the person using Our Website and/or buying Goods from Us.

Ordering Processing / Delivery

We endeavour to process your order same working day of receipt. All items are then dispatched by carrier Royal Mail). Next Day Delivery' is only available for orders received before 4.30pm and only for UK Mainland addresses, if you live in the channel Isles, Northern Island or certain Highland postcodes then you will need to select the standard service. 

Orders between £0.00 and £50.00 - £3.95 Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) through Royal Mail

If you require express delivery this is charged at £5.95 with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 working days

Orders over £50.00 - Free Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) through Royal Mail

All outgoing postage fees are non-refundable.

Conformity of Goods

Every care is taken to ensure that the description, specification and pricing of all products shown on our website is correct. The product information and specification provided is not binding, but is carefully considered and intended to give a general description of each product.

While the colour reproduction of each product is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the differences in browser software.

Monberg will take immediate action to correct any identified error and is under no legal obligation to honour a price displayed in error.
