Monberg aims to deliver all items within an acceptable timeframe. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond Monberg's reasonable control. In such cases, we will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods as quickly as possible or, where the goods are declared lost in the post, arrange for them to be resent.
