Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our returns policy applies to goods ordered online at monberg.co.uk
When you order a product online, you have 30 days to return your order from delivery date of your order. Monberg will refund the full amount of the order when the item is returned new and unworn, with its original tags and packaging.
Do I have to pay for my return?
This depends on the reason for your return:
Faulty or incorrect items: returns are free of charge
If you changed your mind then you pay for the cost of returning the item (the shipping cost)
Can I exchange an item?
If you would like an exchange, please email our service team at enquiries@monberg.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help! Exchanges will depend on stock availability.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in a resaleable condition with their original box/packaging with all tags intact.
We also give you 30 days to return faulty goods for a full refund or no quibble replacement if that's what you request.
Refund
Refunds will be credited to the purchasers original method of payment. Once we have received the item from you, we will process the refund within 30 days of receiving the item. We do aim to refund as quickly as possible depending on bank procedures and within 30 days at the latest.
How do I return an item?
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Returns department: Email enquiries@monberg.co.uk with your order number, and the reason for return.
Receive Return Authorisation: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorisation number and detailed instructions.
Return Packaging: Safely package the item, ensuring all tags and original packaging are included, and attach the return authorisation number.
Shipping: We recommend using a reliable shipping service such as Royal Mail with tracking. The return shipping costs will be covered by you the customer if you changed your mind. If the product was faulty then we will send you the shipping label.
Can I cancel/amend my order?
Yes sure you can, If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch at enquiries@monberg.co.uk
